• CONSULTATIONS ARE VIRTUAL ONLY! , submit pictures via website

• Please do not book an appointment without consultation or speaking with a specialist first.

​

• This is a cosmetic specialist, not a dentist.  Consent forms must be signed. 

​

• There is a 15 min grace period, anything outside of 15 mins will result in a late fee of $100.

​

• Booking requires a deposit, deposits are transferable, not REFUNDABLE!!! Please come with a fresh face and clean flossed and brushed teeth. 

​

• Any appointment booked 48 hours before is considered (rush fee-$250) additional, any recommendations for outside of business hour work is considered a (convenience fee -$350).

• There are NO GUEST allowed unless approved.

​

• There will be absolutely no permission to give out my location, you will be blocked and banned from doing business with me. A NDA will be signed before service.

• (Doesn’t matter date or time picked, once we receive consultation email we will reach out to you in 24-48 hrs; please give time to respond as we consult & schedule bookings at the end of each business day).

• Please have cash upon arrival for remaining balance
